    Jason Baihly is the commercial and risk manager for Integrated Services Management, Schlumberger. In this role, he focuses on developing integrated projects and alternative business models that can drive down capex and opex costs, improve operational efficiency, and improve recovery. Part of Baihly’s job includes determining the potential impacts of fracture hits and identifying the applicability of various mitigation methods with consideration of the impact of infill delay times. Prior to his current role, he was the refracturing technology manager for Well Services, Schlumberger. Baihly has over 15 years of experience in the industry across the completion and production domains, consulting, data analytics, and integration. He has spent his entire career working on unconventional plays in North America. Baihly joined Schlumberger in 2001 as a stimulation support engineer for Well Services. He has a bachelor’s in civil and environmental engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and a master’s in management of the oil and gas industry from Heriot-Watt University.

    Mr. Beck has over 20 years’ experience in energy and financial services including stints with Jefferies and Company and Moody’s Investor Service. Before joining Stratas Advisors, he held a leadership position with IHS Markit. Stephen’s responsibilities include leading the North American Shale Team in developing production forecasting and economic models. He is also involved in broader short-term and long-term forecasting efforts. Stephen received a bachelor of science in finance (minor in economics) from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a former member of the United States Marine Corps where he held the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.

    Pat Bent joined Continental Resources in 2012 as Vice President of Drilling. In 2013 he assumed responsibility for Continental’s Northern Region Drilling and Completions and in 2016 was appointed Senior Vice President of Drilling Operations, both North and South, as well as Supply Chain Management, Project Development and Right of Way.

    Mr. Bent came to Continental with more than 37 years of industry experience in petroleum engineering and operations. He earned his BS in Petroleum from the University of Wyoming in 1980. From 1980 to 2012, Mr. Bent served in various leadership capacities with Conoco Phillips, Inc. and its predecessor companies, Burlington Resources, Meridian Oil and El Paso Exploration.  From 2006 through 2012 he served as Manager of Implementation for the San Juan Basin Unit in Farmington, New Mexico, one of Conoco Phillips' largest units. Prior to these responsibilities, Mr. Bent served as Burlington Resources' general manager of drilling and completions for that division.

    Mr. Bent currently serves with the Amigos as a Goodwill Ambassador for the state of New Mexico and holds memberships with various professional industry groups both locally and nationally.

    Rob Bruant currently serves as Director of Product for B3 Insight. Previously, Rob worked in a variety of roles for BP and Pioneer Natural Resources, including Strategy Manager, Subsurface Manager, Reservoir Engineer, and Petroleum Systems Analyst. Rob also held the positions of Instructor and Research Associate at Princeton University.

    Rob received a B.A. in Geosciences from Franklin and Marshall College, a Ph.D. in Hydrology from the University of Arizona, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Rob serves on the Board of Directors for the Produced Water Society and the Dallas Section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). He is also the Membership Chairperson for SPE’s Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Sequestration Technical Section.

    Last year, Westwood launched a satellite and machine learning-based monitoring service for Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Anadarko, and other basins to understand near real-time pad construction and frac activity before notice is given to the regulatory body.

    Todd is an alumnus of Texas A&M University and Rice University and serves as a mentor to current students.

    Jeff has over 38 years of experience in the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.  Prior to founding Red Wolf, he held the role of VP of Operations and Engineering for Ward Energy Partners.  While at Ward, Jeff was responsible for all aspects of drilling, completions, production and other field operations in both the SCOOP play in Oklahoma and the DJ Basin.  Before joining Ward, he served as Senior Vice President at Chaparral Energy, where he led the engineering, land and geoscience teams for the Mid-Continent and Texas.  Prior to Chaparral, Jeff worked as Chief Operating Officer for Windsor Energy, playing a key role in the growth and development of assets across the Mid-Continent, Colorado, North Dakota, Wyoming, and East Texas.  Before his time at Chaparral, Jeff served as Senior Vice President at Twister Gas Services and overseeing the midstream, marketing, and exploration and production efforts in the Mid-Continent and Gulf Coast regions.  He spent his early career working in various engineering roles at TXO, DLB Oil and Gas and Enserch. Jeff holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

    Drew has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, mostly focused in the upstream space. Prior to founding Red Wolf, Drew served at the Vice President of Business Development for Ward Energy Partners. There he played key roles in the strategy, planning, execution, and monetization of multiple successful asset build-ups and exits within the DJ Basin (both midstream and upstream) and the SCOOP/STACK area of the Mid-Continent.

    Before serving in the business development role, Drew worked in various petroleum engineering roles for Ward Petroleum in Oklahoma. Prior to his time at Ward, Drew worked in operations and drilling engineering roles for SandRidge Energy in the Permian Basin, Windsor Energy in the Rockies and East Texas, and Devon Energy in the Rockies, Barnett Shale and Permian Basin. Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and an M.B.A. in Energy from the University of Oklahoma. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma.

    Derek Detring's career has been fully devoted to energy advisory, where he has completed over $8 billion in capital raising and M&A advisory transactions. Derek spent the first four years of his career at Merrill Lynch, where he primarily focused on capital raising and M&A assignments for large, publicly-listed companies, followed by four years at Integral Advisors, a boutique A&D advisory firm he co-founded in 2009, and finally Wells Fargo where he spent one year in their A&D group. For the past three years Derek has lead his new company, Detring Energy Advisors, which focuses on the mid-cap A&D market.

    Derek graduated summa cum laude and first in his engineering class from Vanderbilt University and attended the Wharton Executive Education Program, where he passed with honors.

    Michael Dunkel is the upstream and midstream water Global Technology Leader for Advisian.  He works with clients on water management, including planning, strategy, and operations.  Mr. Dunkel was the lead investigator for Jacob’s study with the Oklahoma Water Resources Board related to water recycling. He also recently completed a project as a leader of the Groundwater Protection Council report on produced water for US shale plays.

    Mr. Dunkel is a board member for the Produced Water Society and an Advisor for Shale Play Water Management magazine

    Previously, Mr. Dunkel was Director of Sustainable Development for Pioneer Natural Resources.  Mr. Dunkel was co-chair of the Energy Water Initiative, a group of 18 energy companies raising water management standards. 

    Michael held positions in engineering management and project management for 18 years at Pioneer, including global projects.

    Prior to Pioneer, Mr. Dunkel held a variety of engineering roles at Marathon Oil.

    Efe Ejofodomi is the North America Infill Well Business Program Manager for North America Land, Schlumberger, with over 13 years of leveraging technology to drive outstanding performance across numerous unconventional basins in multiple countries, including the US and Argentina. He is an innovative, versatile professional skilled at leveraging technology to evaluate, enhance, and optimize reservoir and well productivity for all upstream assets. In his 13 years with Schlumberger, Ejofodomi has held a variety of roles spanning operations, technical, and management functions.

    He manages integrated services opportunities, driving and capturing business growth in new and existing markets. He plays a strategic role in developing project-specific commercial and technical alignments with the client, utilizing the breadth of Schlumberger products, technologies, and services to achieve outperformance on Infill development programs. Ejofodomi earned an MS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2006. He is also an active member of SPE and AAPG.

Nathaniel developed a stochastic prospect analysis program and trained corporate A&D at EnCana.     Nathaniel is a licensed Professional Engineer, and a University of Oklahoma cum laude graduate in mechanical engineering (BS) and Russian (BA), and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. He is a decorated Air Force captain, having served at NATO HQ in Afghanistan. In 2015 the Journal Record recognized Nathaniel as one of Oklahoma’s most admired CEOs. He is a board director for the OK Independent Petroleum Assoc, the Harold Hamm Diabetes Center, and Oklahoma Contemporary, among other business and community organizations.

Mr. Mariani holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating cum laude with a petroleum option.     Sarp holds a Master of Science in Mineral and Energy Economics from the Colorado School of Mines, a Master of Science in Petroleum Economics and Management from the Institut Francais du Petrole (IFP School), and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.

    Prior to that time, Mr. Pittman served as VP of finance for Cobalt International Energy. From 2005 to 2014, he worked at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. covering exploration and production, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Pittman served as a captain in the United States Marine Corps, where he served two tours of duty.

    Mr. Pittman holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of Texas.

    Mr. Reimbold has worked in energy finance since 2005 and currently serves as Managing Director, Senior Vice President at BOK Financial. At BOKF, Mr. Reimbold is responsible for leading the investment banking group while originating and executing client mandates including acquisitions, divestments, raising capital, facilitating joint ventures, and performing asset valuation assessments. Mr. Reimbold also served as Senior Vice President at E-Spectrum Advisors, prior to BOKF's acquisition of the firm. Throughout his career, Mr. Reimbold has executed transactions in nearly every major U.S. basin. In 2007, Mr. Reimbold co-authored the book The Braking Point: America's Energy Dreams and Global Economic Realities, and he has written articles that have been published in various industry publications. Mr. Reimbold earned a BSBA in Finance from the University of Tulsa where he also studied geopolitics and international energy markets under former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Energy R. Dobie Langenkamp. Prior to attending the University of Tulsa, Mr. Reimbold served in the United States Army and U.S. Army Cavalry from 1999 to 2003.

    As Vice President of Commercial Development, Beverly Suffern oversees Black Mountain Sand’s sales contracting, customer relations, and marketing/public relations efforts. The company’s second outside hire, she worked closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop strategies for securing three-to five-year client contracts to help drive frac sand sales and establish market share. She has since executed those strategies with annual production across Black Mountain Sand’s six facilities effectively sold out.

    Prior to joining Black Mountain Sand, Beverly was a Sand Category Manager with Halliburton. She was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the global sand strategy (over $1 Billion in spend) to ensure continuity of supply and competitive differential to frac operations.

    A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Beverly is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering.

Ulrich helped grow the Atlas family of companies to an enterprise value of nearly $10 billion, generating close to $1 billion of EBITDA. During his career, he has directly done more than $20 billion of energy mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. He graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Economics.

    Seth Urruty has been COO, co-founder and board member of Camino Natural Resources since its inception.  He previously served in various roles, most recently as Vice President – Development/A&D, at Vantage Energy from November 2007 until its sale to Rice Energy in October 2016.  After spending summers as a roustabout and pumper in the Powder River Basin, Mr. Urruty began his career as an engineer for Petro-Canada Resources, where he served from January 2006 until joining Vantage. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration with a Leadership Concentration from Gonzaga University.  Mr. Urruty spends his free time with his wife and three children in Denver, CO.
