Jason brings nearly three decades of deep operational, strategy, and engineering experience. He led one of the most important operational technology rollouts the Energy sector has seen, and as an Advisor with the Rice Investment Group, has overseen several early-stage technology venture deals. Jason also has material experience with ERP solutions and implementations.
Mr. Heard has over a decade of experience in the energy industry, founding companies, leading business development and providing legal counsel. As an entrepreneur, he has started retail electricity, energy infrastructure and exploration and production companies. Benjamin led business development efforts in North America for Centrica plc, with a focus on energy technology. He also worked for Centrica in the company’s general counsel’s office. He began his career at Bracewell LLP in the energy transactional and regulatory practice group. Benjamin has a juris doctor degree from Emory University and a bachelor of science, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
Jack Blears is the Director of E&P Technology Research at Darcy Partners. Since joining Darcy Partners in 2018, he has spoken with hundreds of innovative technology providers and helped Darcy’s E&P clients accelerate the adoption of novel solutions. Jack holds a Ph.D. in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University.

Cully is an energy industry professional with a passion for innovative environmental solutions. He was formerly Vice President of Finance at Highlands Natural Resources, a private equity-sponsored exploration, and production company with operations in Colorado and Montana. While at Highlands, Cully's role included responsibility for commodities sales and marketing, which exposed him to the industry's challenges with flaring. Cully was previously an oil and gas investment banker at Petrie Partners, a boutique finance firm servicing upstream and midstream clients. Before that Cully worked in technical business development roles in the geothermal power generation industry domestically and internationally. Cully holds an undergraduate degree in geology from Middlebury, an MBA from Oxford, and completed a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship researching the "triangle of Es" (Energy-Environment-Economics) principally in China, Iceland, Spain, and Argentina. Cully is an avid endurance athlete and has completed various ultra long-distance events including IronMan Zurich, North Face Endurance Challenge, and the Death Race.
Steve is a PhD physicist who co-founded Kairos Aerospace in 2014. Prior to founding Kairos, Steve was a research manager at the Lockheed Martin Solar and Astrophysics Laboratory. He has worked on a variety of NASA- and DARPA-funded programs, including cryogenic detector programs, solar physics experiments and radiation modeling for spacecraft.

A 30-year veteran of oilfield investments and operations, Tracy Scott Tuner is CEO of CP Energy Services Inc., which includes the operating divisions of CP Well Testing and Arctic Energy Services and their flagship ESG solution, the patented Sand Commander™. Mr. Turner has participated with investment partners in the finance, restructuring, or startup of 20 oil and gas businesses. He served as either CEO or Chairman for twelve of the companies and was a lead director for the remaining eight. Mr. Turner also advises certain oil and gas PE firms on oilfield equipment and service investments.
Jason has more than 18 years of experience in the Energy industry, ranging from upstream exploration and production, oilfield services, and technology to investment management and venture capital.
Prior to joining EcoVapor, Jason was CEO of Avitas, Avitas, a Baker Hughes venture focused on emissions monitoring and detection strategies enabled through robotics, AI, and digital techniques. Before that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of XACT Downhole Telemetry. Prior to XACT, he was a Principal at Kenda Capital, a venture capital fund focused on energy technology.

He has more than 30 years of experience as a seasoned oil executive, previously holding leadership positions including global head of BL Oil Services at Clariant, Global Technology Director at BP, EVP at Champion Technologies and MD at Sasol Oilfield Chemicals. Jon is originally from the United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He has a BA in chemistry from the University of Liverpool, an MBA from the University of Durham and is a holder of four patents.

Dr. Johanna Haggstrom is the VP, Chemicals and Hydrocarbon Fuels Technology, at LanzaTech. Johanna is a Research & Development Executive with over 18 years of experience conducting and overseeing product development. Prior to joining LanzaTech, Dr. Haggstrom spent more than 12 years in the energy industry at Halliburton, and most recently, she was a Director of Technology, based in Houston, TX. Her responsibilities included overseeing technology investment and intellectual asset management, the development of new products and services, and the strategy and structure of the technology organization in the product line.
Dr. Haggstrom holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mälardalen University in Sweden and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Kansas State University, and she has contributed to more than 35 patents, patent applications, and published papers. Dr. Haggstrom also co-authored a chapter on ‘Environmental Stewardship’ in the book ‘Fracturing Horizontal Wells’, published in 2016.
In 2020, Oil and Gas Investor Magazine named Dr. Haggstrom as one of “25 Influential Women in Energy”, and she was a 2019 Houston Business Journal “Women Who Mean Business – Outstanding Leader in Energy” award winner. William Barrett is a Commercial Director in Oxy Low Carbon Ventures, LLC, a subsidiary of Occidental (Oxy). He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University with magna cum laude honors in 1988, and an MBA with concentration in International Business from the University of St. Thomas. William is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas and serves on the University of Houston’s Petroleum Engineering Advisory Board.
Achievements in his 33 years of industry experience include setting records drilling short radius horizontal wells, managing assets and technical personnel working oil and gas fields in the Mid-Continent states of the U.S., managing activities of the largest CO2 flooding operation in the world as the CO2 Project Manager of Oxy’s Permian Basin Division, managing a team to bring EOR technologies to California oil fields, and adding value to international assets working as a Vice President of Occidental de Colombia. Mr. Barrett has been involved in all aspects of the CO2 business including CO2 supply and distribution, the design and implementation of greenfield and brownfield CO2 EOR projects, and carbon capture, utilization and storage. In his current role as Commercial Director in Oxy Low Carbon Ventures, William is involved with efforts to advance leading-edge, low-carbon technologies and business solutions.
Gabriel has more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas environmental services industry. He is currently the President & CEO of Milestone Environmental Services, LLC.
Prior to leading Milestone, Gabriel worked as an Operating Partner with Intervale Capital, now known as Amberjack Capital, an oilfield-focused private equity fund with $1.2 billion in assets under management, and a key investor in Milestone. He was previously the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for R360 Environmental Solutions, Inc., a national provider of environmental services to the E&P industry. At R360, Gabriel orchestrated the strategy and mergers and acquisitions work which led to the formation and rapid growth of the company, and directly managed Williston Basin operations. After R360 completed a $1.3 billion sale to Waste Connections, Inc., Gabriel assumed work with the buyer to help with the integration of the R360 business into Waste Connections. Prior to R360's formation in 2010, he was an investment professional with Three Cities Research, Inc., a mid-market private equity firm, where he was principally responsible for US Liquids of LA, LP, a regional oilfield waste treatment and disposal provider in Louisiana and Texas.
Earlier in his career, Gabriel worked as an Associate Equity Research Analyst covering the global chemical industry at UBS Investment Bank, as a Petroleum Practice Fellow with McKinsey & Company, a global strategy consultancy, and as an Associate at Purvin & Gertz, a Houston-based oil and gas consultancy. Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Greg Davis serves as a Partner of EIV and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He is actively involved in the firm’s strategy and is responsible for originating and stewarding investments across EIV’s areas of focus. Greg has 14 years of energy finance and investment experience including the upstream and midstream sectors. Greg most recently served as Investment Committee member and Managing Director at Kayne Anderson Energy Funds, where he contributed in all aspects of the business’ investment activities including portfolio company board participation and monitoring, investment sourcing and due diligence, and transaction structuring and execution. Prior to his 11-plus years at Kayne Anderson Energy Funds, Greg started his career at Credit Suisse’s investment banking Natural Resources Group, where he worked with current EIV Partner, David Finan. At Credit Suisse, Greg focused on mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating summa cum laude. Greg is actively involved in the Houston community, currently serving on the boards of Small Steps Nurturing Center and The Texas Hearing Institute.
With over 15 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry, Rachel Schelble recently joined Wood Mackenzie as a Director in Corporate Research with a focus on Midstream Infrastructure, Carbon Management, and Energy Transition Strategies.
Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Rachel worked for ExxonMobil where she held multiple positions in competitor analysis, commercial negotiation, value chain integration, infrastructure development, geoscience integration, and resource evaluation in roles based in Russia, Canada, and the U.S. Most recently, she led a project focused on understanding the potential of nature based solutions for carbon sequestration, and development of carbon management strategy profiles for U.S. oil and gas companies.
Prior to this, Rachel was located in Midland, TX and worked as part of XTO Energy (a subsidiary of ExxonMobil), focused on developing the Permian Basin, leading commercial infrastructure and marketing negotiations and working to align business objectives across the Permian Value Chain from Upstream through to Chemicals.
Rachel has a PhD in Earth Sciences from the University of Southern California, and a BSc in Earth and Planetary Sciences from the University of New Mexico.
John Guoynes is Vice President of Business Development for E3 Energy Services, a solution- based compression and midstream service provider. John has over 35 years of experience in oil and gas engineering and operations including: President of Big North Consulting, Director of Production and Operations at Rice Energy and Engineering Manager for CNX Gas. He has a broad expertise in both upstream and midstream sectors of unconventional and conventional assets including production optimization, reservoir management, gas storage and enhanced oil recovery. He is currently involved with a variety of ventures for oil, natural gas and NGL’s including practical solutions for decarbonization.
He is a graduate Petroleum Engineer from Oklahoma State University with an MBA and has authored numerous publications and served on several Oil and Gas committees including an appointment to a State Oil and Gas Regulatory Board.
Toben Scott was born in Comanche, Texas, on a family peanut farm. He has a wife, Misty, and three school aged children. The Scott Family has lived in Midland, Texas, since 2001.
Toben Scott graduated with a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in May of 2000. Toben began his career with Phillips Petroleum in Houston, Texas, and was shortly transferred to the Permian Basin for a Drilling Engineer position. Toben gained additional industry experience in production, completions, and operations with Permian independent oil & gas company notables Walsh Petroleum, Fasken Oil & Ranch, and Tandem Energy. Toben launched out on his own in 2005 and founded AggieTechOil, Ltd. with a partner and a desire to grow his own oil & gas company. AggieTech simultaneously founded Sweetwater Water Transfer Service that grew to 200 employees, $1MM/month in EBITDA, & four regional offices in eight total shale plays across the U.S. Sweetwater sold to Select Energy Services (NYSE: WTTR) in 2010. Toben then founded AggieTechSWD, LLC in 2012 that sold to Oilfield Water Logistics (backed by NGP) in 2014. Toben most recently founded Return Disposal in December of 2017 and, in 12 short months, had already developed two assets in the Midland Basin portion of the Permian Basin

Regina is the host of KPMG’s annual Global Energy Conference and is a sought-after speaker and participant for major industry forums such as Privcap’s Energy Game Change, Gastech, Platt's LNG Conference, the World Energy Conference, Women’s Energy Network events, among others. She attended the World Economic Forum in Davos as a delegate representing KPMG, participating in key sessions that support the meeting’s annual agenda.
Regina served as an adjunct professor at Rice University’s Jones School of Business teaching energy strategy to professional MBA candidates and spoke at the Rice Energy Finance Summit in 2019. She also serves on the boards of the Cornell Energy Institute and the Petroleum Club of Houston.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University. She was an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve and interned at the Pentagon as part of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) liaison office.
