Registrants will receive their virtual access code via email the day before the event. Please add email@example.com to your contacts list and opt-in to receive our email communications to ensure you receive the email. You will only be prompted to enter the access code the first time you stream a session video.
Conference sessions will premiere in blocks of 10-15 sessions at 9 AM on their respective streaming days. Once they’re posted, you can stream each session on demand and at your convenience.
You can watch the entire conference on any desktop, tablet or mobile device that supports video streaming.
No. All sessions will be available to stream on-demand after the premiere date and will remain available for the foreseeable future.
Just like attending an in-person event, you have the freedom to pick and choose which sessions you watch! You can stream each session individually at your convenience, but we encourage you to get the most out of the conference by viewing the program in its entirety.
Despite rescheduling the live event, Hart Energy faced multiple municipal restrictions on the planned convention space. We moved the conference to a virtual format to offer the best experience possible for our registrants, speakers and sponsors.
Your paid registration will rollover to the in-person event in 2021. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.

There will be no exhibition at the virtual event. If you were an exhibitor or sponsor for the live event, please contact your Hart Energy sales representative to review your options.
Unfortunately, we do not provide continuing education credits or certifications at this time. Attendance may qualify as professional development time – check with your licensing authority to find out.
Questions can be submitted in advance via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via the pop-up in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Select questions will be answered in follow-up videos and articles in the coming months.
You will receive an email with a link and passcode to access the presentations within 72 business hours of the event’s conclusion. Please note, some slide decks may be unavailable.
