Leading oil and gas executives will deliver keynote speeches on regional opportunities and challenges
The presidents of Continental Resources (NYSE: CLR), Whiting Petroleum (NYSE: WLL) and Hess Corp. (NYSE: HES), top producers in the Bakken and Niobrara regions, will deliver keynote speeches at Hart Energy’s 2017 DUG Bakken and Niobrara conference and exhibition on March 16 in Denver, CO.
Jack Stark with Continental, Greg Hill with Hess Corp. and Jim Volker with Whiting Petroleum Corp. will discuss current production, future plans and forecasts for regional activity.
With stabilizing oil prices and reported growth in midstream takeaway capacity, Bakken and Niobrara producers are anticipating opportunities to complete their backlogs of drilled but uncompleted wells (DUCs). Each executive will present a diagnostic outlook for the region based on their company’s latest achievements and lessons learned from the 2016 downturn.
“The outlook is hopeful for the Bakken and Niobrara as producers have mastered efficient processes and are on the path to sustainable profitability,” Richard Mason, conference host and Chief Technical Director of Hart Energy said. “The keynote presentations at this year’s DUG Bakken and Niobrara conference will give insights to recent successes and forward-looking strategies, offering valuable market intelligence to all who attend.”
This year’s DUG Bakken and Niobrara conference features a new focused, one-day format with opportunities to hear from and network with industry leaders in the event’s unique Q&A sessions. Other featured speakers include:
